How do we work?

Outline

01

Performance Evaluation

The performance evaluation will test the physical and technical skills essential for playing Tennis. The assessment is critical to keep track of the player's development in various areas of the game.

02

Determine Training Goals

We will establish a clear vision of the goals of our shared experience of personal and professional development. A specialized plan can be developed based on the definition of the objectives.

03

Develop a Training Plan

Tennis is a game that contains various dimensions of performance. The plan considers the maximum benefit to the player with the minimal risk of injury, strain, stress, and pressure. As the goals become more specific and challenging, so does the training program's complexity.

04

Program Evaluation

During the specific training period, we will reevaluate our progress and update our performance evaluation, training goals, and plans to fit the vision adaptations best.

Player Development Stages

Tennis players go through three stages outlined below and are priced according to the training program's demands.
