What is a Tennis Workshop?

A workshop is an activity that aims to achieve a specific goal with detailed practices from start to finish. The activity is designed with a status check or a baseline and demonstrates the workshop's outcome within the resulting performance. The activity can be customized to various participants and flexible to accommodate different needs.

Our workshops are built to address the tennis game capacities that include logical development, emotional coping, and performance adaptations.

Parental Leadership Development in Tennis

Rarely addressed but highly detrimental to a child's development, the workshop aims to develop parental leadership skills to mentor their loved one in his Tennis journey.

The workshop addresses a baseline parental perception and approaches to a child's development within Tennis. Parents will complete a questionnaire, and a group discussion will establish the group's strategy.

The workshop will have parents experience the stages of players' development, from introduction to recreational and competitive training platforms.

The finishing evaluation will present the same questionnaire as the beginning and determine the difference in perceptions due to the workshop experience for some sections and strengthen others.

Participants: Up to 8 parents per workshop

Workshop Duration: 3-5 Hours

Products: Each parent will receive video footage of their performance and a breakdown of recommendations for future development.

Pricing: $100 per hour, regardless of the number of players in the workshop and up to 8 players per workshop.

Accuracy in Changing Conditions

The workshop aims to improve the player's ability to hit a target on the court accurately. A baseline will be established for accuracy and consistency for the players' specific shot types of interest.

The workshop will work on the player's ability to control the shot power, ball spin, net clearance height, court positioning, body posture, and leg work.

The finishing performance will be tested against the baseline to demonstrate the player's ability to improve his accuracy and consistency upon the workshop completion.

Player's level: Recreational and Competitive

Participants: 2 - 4 Players per court, max group of 8 players.

Workshop Duration: 3-5 Hours

Decision Making under Conditions of Fatigue

The workshop aims to improve the player's decision-making capabilities as fatigue sets in during the game. A unique game is designed to establish a baseline measurement.

The workshop will work on the player's ability to recognize how their performance changes, considering target accuracy and consistency utilizing simulation drills and performance evaluations.

The finishing performance will test the players' ability to perform under increasing fatigue and maintain the objective performance level. The final analysis will demonstrate the difference between the baseline and the resulting performance.
